I don't know about y'all, but this sunshine and (slightly) warmer weather has me dreaming about Spring! The first day of Spring is March 20th... only 4.5 weeks away!
I feel like I always stock up on winter clothes, because every year it seems like the winter season lasts longer and longer, but this year might be different! Now, I have all these sweaters that I'm [almost] ready to put away and my closet will basically be empty. I am in desperate need of some new spring outfits.
I have found a few staple pieces that can be worn so many different ways. These are a few of my FAVORITES. The best part? They are all SUPER cheap!
I'm the type of person who would rather have 5 items that cost $20 each than 1 item that costs $100. Anyone with me???

#1 Platform Shoes
At first, I didn't know how I felt about these platform sandals.. They reminded me of when I was a kid (I think I had a black pair JUST like these, woven bottoms and all). BUT, they are SO cute when styled with cuffed or frayed bottom distressed jeans and a cute top.Price: $29.99

#2 Kancan Jeans
Speaking of jeans, once you go Kancan, YOU NEVER GO BACK! Kancan jeans are the absolute perfect jean for everyone. They literally fit every body type so perfectly, they are true to size, and they are super comfy! You can find these at Buckle, but you can also find these jeans at local boutiques (usually cheaper too)! I get mine from En Route Mobile Boutique in Berea, KY (also have an online store linked below) and Emerson Steele Boutique in Cynthiana, KY.
Seriously, if you haven't tried these.. DO IT. You won't regret it!

#3 Whipstitch Crossbody Bag
I feel like purses get underestimated a lot, but really it is a compliment to your outfit EVERY SINGLE DAY! Don't take that lightly ladies! This purse could be considered a little pricey for some, but considering you carry it every day it pretty much pays for itself.
Something else super awesome about this purse (other than its beauty) is that it can be carried by the handle or converted into a crossbody! Different occassions call for different functional needs.

This is a cute transitional piece to take you into spring! Everyone needs more basics in their closet and this is one of them! Comes in several colors!

#6 Slip On Sneakers
I actually own this pair. These slip on sneakers are so cute with distressed or frayed bottom jeans and a graphic tee or a sweater for a laid back look. These will be great during the transitional weather (cold in the morning, warm in the afternoon). These are another pair of shoes that you need in your closet!Price: $28

#7 Blush Pointed Toe Flats
I love pointed toe flats because they can literally dress up ANY outfit! This blush color is so cute and goes with everything!P.S. These would be so cute with #4 or #5!

This tank top is such a cute piece that can be paired with any of your left-over winter cardigans! This can be worn with literally any pair of shoes on this post and the Kancan jeans and would look AMAZING! It also comes in several colors. I will be ordering this soon!
